What Does this uterine Ultrasound Result Mean?

I just had an ultrasound...Internal and external ultrasound..They found a small peripheral follicle in the ovary..They also found minimal venous flow is seen in the endometrial echo complex which is otherwise normal in appearance and homogeneous...This is of questionable significance.. Also found a right ovarian cyst measuring 2.8 x 2.3cm containing a small daughter cyst as well as suspected low-level echoes and fine septation. There is no internal vascularity... Your opinion
